Recipe via Sprouted Kitchen

At the top of our New Year’s resolution, it’s eating better and that means eating more veggies, and less meat. Essentially a semi-plant based diet. We’ve been combing through lots of delicious sites for planty recipes. Today we’re sharing with you one of our favorite foods–tacos. It’s a veggie spin on it with shitake mushrooms, lentils and microgreens. Click on over to see the recipe and more photos on Sprouted Kitchen. And you can grow all your edibles in any of our Woolly Pockets. Enjoy!
